#140conf: NYC

Welcome to Jeff Pulver’s State of NOW Conference! (#140conf)

State of NOW (#140conf) will be taking place June 19-20, 2012 at the 92nd Street Y. The 92nd Street Y address is: 1395 Lexington Avenue, NY NY.  Since 2009, we have been the premiere worldwide event which explores the effects of the real-time Internet on both business and “me” the people.

REGISTER today for the conference and start connecting with our worldwide community.

As people’s voices continue to be heard worldwide, and as we are in the midst of an important
US Presidential election, the theme for our 2012 event is “Finding and Sharing Meaning.”

State of NOW exposes you to the power the Internet has to disrupt businesses, change lives and create serendipity. You will leave with a fresh outlook on how the real time web can be used in your business or personal life to actually do something meaningful.

Prepare to laugh, cry, connect and learn as each “character” shares authentic stories about how this new medium has effected their lives. From barn yard to board room, our eclectic group of speaks may be using the real time web differently but their stories all share one thing in common. The Internet is about being more human.

The truth is that the state of now can not easily be explained, you just have to experience it for yourself.

Our schedule is unique and fast paced. It is our intention to provide a platform for as many people as possible to share their thoughts and engage in conversation with the attending delegates. You will find individual talks set to: 10 minutes and most of the panel discussions set for 10 and 15 minutes.

In past years we have hosted speakers from: Europe, Asia, South America, the Pacific and from across the United States and Canada at State of NOW in New York City.

Some of the people who will be speaking at State of NOW 2012 include:
